Overview
Gilda Horn has achieved a significant reputation as a portraitist on a regional level. Her works hang in
respected collections in Cincinnati, including Xavier University, Intrieve Corporation, Cincinnati
Children's Hospital, as well as numerous private
collections. Her ability to capture a person's
essence has created a following for both her portraits and noncommissioned work.

Gilda is a graduate of Miami University, with a B.S.
in Art, and a respected teacher for children and
adults in her studio, located at Essex Studios, in Mt. Auburn.
